Welcome to Yoga Consciousness!
My mission is to help you develop consciousness of your mind, body and soul through the practice of yoga. Through your practice, you will discover who we really are, the barriers you have built and how to reconnect from within. I am here to guide, support and encourage you through your practice, but it is your practice! You need to do the work and take the time for yourself. Remembering to honour and respect your body's limitations. My goal is to assist you with your awareness, help you find happiness and flexibility, and guide you through meditation. I would like to introduce you to a wealth of wonderful opportunities, to observe the inner flow of emotions and feelings.

The lotus flower is sometimes associated with our journey in life...
The photograph is a lotus flower painted by my mother, Freny Sethna
The practice of yoga and the awakening of our consciousness will guide us on our path.
Each morning this beautiful flower emerges from the murky/muddy waters and is clean. It symbolizes purity in many cultures and is also considered a metaphor of rebirth or divine birth. It is suggested that the desire to come out each morning with the rising sun as a spiritual awakening or rise in consciousness.
The lotus flower is associated with purity, spiritual awakening, faithfulness, beauty, divinity, unity, fertility, prosperity, and eternity.
Our desire and ability to come out of the murkiness of our thoughts and feelings with pristine purity, basking in the bright sun and awakening our spirit. Then blossoming to become more open and compassionate with our heart, and be at peace with our serene beauty within.
